Fashion Comparison between Ireland/UK and Australia.

Fashion changes in different parts of the world, depending on the countries climate. A hot country such as Australia would have different fashion trends to countries like Ireland and England. In Australia, which is the home country for producing UGGS, they do not wear them at all as it is too hot to do so. Whereas Ireland love them as they are very efficient for our climate.

In Australia, they wear shorts and tops a lot more than we do here in Ireland, we mainly wear jumpers and jackets for the majority of the year. The Australian lifestyle is much different to our lifestyle in Ireland. Australians spend most of their free time on the beach or sunbathing outdoors whereas we would spend it indoors mostly. Different textured clothes are needed for outdoors than indoors.

The fashion trends are completely different even in the same seasons. Australia’s fashion trends are much further behind ours in the UK or Ireland. The new fashion trends are definitely out much quicker and spread around the country very fast in Ireland. Whereas in Australia and countries with a similar climate, fashion trends never really come and go as they wear the clothes that are beneficial to them and the climate instead of worrying about the fashion.
